Ingredient
- 1 cup of Veggie Fermented Fish Sauce YOUTA
- 20 grams of Garden Chili
- 2 cups of Coconut Milk
- 50 grams of Lemongrass, chopped
- 50 grams of Ginger Root
- 100 grams of Galangal, chopped
- 50 grams of Red, Yellow, Green Chili, sliced
- 2 grams of Kaffir Lime Leaves, sliced
- 5 pieces of Veggie Seasoned Fish YOUTA ,cut
- 1 cup of Veggie Seasoned Fish YOUTA, spinned
- 250 grams of Boiled Bamboo Shoots, sliced
- 50 grams of Long Beans, cut
- 100 grams of Thai Eggplant
- 2 tablespoons of Tamarind
- 1 tablespoon of Palm Sugar
- 1 cup of Water
Direction
- Pour coconut milk into a pot followed by a little water. Boil under medium heat.
- Add chopped lemongrass, chopped galangal, tamarind juice, palm sugar and fermented fish sauce YOUTA the pot.
- Add Veggie Seasoned Fish YOUTA and boil till it cooked. Add bamboo shoots, yard long beans and eggplant, stir till boil.
- Add chili and sliced kaffir lime leaves, stir well, till boil , Serve with fresh vegetables as you like.
