- 1 cup of Frozen Chewy Extra Firm TOFU YOUTA, diced
- 100 grams of Frozen Chewy Extra Firm TOFU YOUTA, sliced.
- 1 tablespoon of Five-Spice Powder
- 1 tablespoon of Pepper
- 4 tablespoons of Veggie Oyster Sauce YOUTA
- 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Black Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Palm Sugar
- 1/2 cup of Sweet Radish
- Black Soy Sauce (self-prepared)
Ingredients for black soy sauce as gravy
- 3 tablespoons of Dark Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoons of Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
- Chili, sliced or blended
— Put all ingredients and simmer over low heat till it boiled.
Direction
- Heat the pan with oil to prepared topping sauce
- Add diced Veggie Roasted Pork with Sauce YOUTA with diced Frozen Chewy Extra Firm TOFU YOUTA and sliced shiitake mushrooms stir-fly.
- Roast five-spice powder and pepper till fragrant.
- Add water.
- Add palm sugar and simmer until dissolved.
- Add all sauces and stir them thoroughly.
- Add radish and stew on low heat for 45 minutes.
- Soak the noodle sheet for 5 minutes till soft. Puton sliced Veggie Roasted Pork with Sauce YOUTA and sliced Frozen Chewy Extra Firm TOFU YOUTA, followed by bean sprouts.
- Steame for 7 minutes till the noodle turned clear.
- Serve with topping sauce and black soy sauce gravy.
