Ingredient
- 150 grams of Veggie Chicken Fillet YOUTA
- 150 grams of Wood Ear Mushroom
- 100 grams of Ginger, sliced
- 3 Bell Peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of Veggie Oyster Sauce YOUTA.
- 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Soybean Paste
- 1 tablespoon of Sugar
- 2 teaspoons of Pickled Radish, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
- 3 Celery Stalks
Direction
- Heat the oil and stir-fry chopped radish till fragrant. Then, add followed by the Veggie Chicken Fillet YOUTA and soy bean paste.
- Add sliced ginger and wood ear mushroom. Fry it until cooked. Followed by, Veggie Oyster Sauce, soy sauce, soy Sauce and sugar.
- Add sliced bell pepper and celery and slightly mix it. Then, it is ready to serve.
